The Zachary Police Department released records for twelve individuals processed between October 22 and 28, 2026. These entries detail bookings at East Baton Rouge Parish Prison or summonses issued by local officers during that seven-day period.
Several defendants faced multiple charges or outstanding orders. Clavin McClinton, 41, of Pointe South Drive, was booked for aggravated assault with a firearm and failure to appear on bench warrants. Antionia Mitchell, 31, of State Street in Baton Rouge, received five citations, including operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving under suspension. Damon McKinley, 30, of Ethel, was cited for two counts of marijuana possession along with licensing violations.
Fugitive warrants drove other bookings. William Barker, 41, was taken into custody for warrants from the Baker Police Department and the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office. Fredrick Lanehart, 44, had a warrant from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, while Leaja Mingo, 23, was sought by the New Roads Police Department. All three resided in the Zachary area.
Violence and specific interactions with the law also appeared in the logs. Rony Mercado, 28, was booked for simple battery, while Wikiki Robinson, 46, faced charges for battery of a dating partner and child endangerment. Brandon Scott, 39, was processed for false communications with emergency response.
Four individuals were issued summonses or booked primarily for failure to appear on existing court orders. Kylin Irvin, 25, of Baton Rouge, and Nicole Holliday, 47, of Clinton, both had outstanding bench warrants. Shannon Williams, 34, of Baton Rouge, also faced failure to appear charges.
The records list specific addresses for each person, ranging from streets in Zachary to locations in Baton Rouge, Ethel, and Clinton. No further details on bail amounts or trial dates were included in this release.
